WTF is it with these people? Can anyone honestly say that the Health Care legislation has been properly debated and should be passed? The fact that special deals and exemptions were handed out is an indication that the “shared sacrifice”, “transparency of the process”, and other stupid cliches too numberous to list, shows what a complete and utter failure our government has become.
I had a problem with a denied health insurance claim. What I found out was quite amazing. The paperwork the doctors were required to fill out was contradictory and confusing, and therefore, incorrectly completed, and subsequently denied.
During my appeal, I was given copies of all the forms, and guess what? Each section of the form(s) contained a reference to the State of California Insurance code. That’s right. The state government was the problem. All it took was five minutes with an insurance lawyer who told me what to have my doctors do, and about half a day to construct an appeal. Problem solved!
Anyone peddling the bullsh!t that government intervention will be a panacea for any adverse circumstances you face is an @$$hole.
