Southern Poverty Law Center Brands Tea Partiers as Seditious

I spent some time outlining the demented leftist case for Joe Stack having been a right-wing militia type, which requires one to overlook the strong leftist valences in his ridiculous manifesto cum suicide note. Now the Southern Poverty Law Center, from whom Homeland Security apparently take their marching orders these days, comes out with a study decrying the burgeoning of anti-government groups that threaten violence. Yesterday, Stacy discussed how they used the state organizations of four groups to tot up 36% of the numbers that they claim, without however demonstrating how the charters or tactics of such groups are supposed to promote violence. The upshot of this douchebaggery is that you’ve got idiots like Dylan Ratigan speckling the inside of your television screen with spittle-hurling rants:

And people want to argue that Breitbart lost it? Really?

There are, it’s true, some people who would like to burn America to the ground . . . for its own good:

It seems that the white right is trying to get Obama assassinated, or even to turn him into a one-term President:

Fundamentally, this must be racism, after all. I’m personally against the use of imprecatory “prayer,” but considering the attitudes of many Muslims—some would say, of Islam—towards those not of their tribe, I can’t say that I’m very impressed by the, I almost said prophet, but that would be inadequate to the task. Those Zionists really do get around, though, don’t they?
