In the first poll taken since AG Holder’s announcement that KSM and 4 other Guantanamo bay terrorists will be tried in a NY City Federal court, Real Clear Politics reports that by nearly a 2 to 1 margin repondents thought that the suspects should be tried before a military tribunal as opposed to civilian court. [...]
